Emilytian is committed to respecting the intellectual property (IP) rights of others. We expect our users and partners to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of IP infringement regarding our products and content.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all content, products, and materials hosted on our Site, covering:

• Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized use of images, text, or original designs of our Pajama Sets, Jackets, and Dresses.
• Trademark Infringement: Misuse of brand names, logos, or slogans.
• Counterfeit Goods: Sale of products that illegally imitate a brand’s identity.

2. How to File an IP Claim

To expedite your request, please submit a formal notice to support@emilytian.com with the subject line: Intellectual Property Claim – [Your Name / Brand Name]. Your notice must include:

• Contact Info: Full legal name, address, phone number, and email.
• Identification of IP: Registration numbers (for Trademarks) or links to the original work (for Copyrights).
• Description of Infringement: The exact URL(s) on our Site and a detailed explanation of the violation.
• Good Faith Statement: A declaration that the use is unauthorized and the info provided is accurate under penalty of perjury.
• Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our Review Process

Upon receipt of a valid claim, we will evaluate the request within 3–5 business days. We may temporarily remove or disable access to the contested content during the investigation. We will notify the affected party and provide them with an opportunity to respond via a Counter-Notification.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Emilytian maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate access or permanently ban any user or vendor determined to have repeatedly violated intellectual property rights.

5. Abuse of Reporting

Submitting false or misleading IP claims is a violation of our terms and may carry legal consequences, including liability for damages and legal fees.
