1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as “Delivered” to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To ensure a successful return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Packaging: Must include all original tags and packaging.
  • Hygiene: Free of odors (smoke, perfume), pet hair, or stains.
  • Exclusions: Final sale items and personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.

4. How to Start a Return

  2. We will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
  3. If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
  4. Once inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
  • Refunds: Processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees ($6.99) are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or for size exchanges (subject to stock).
