At Emilytian, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because of our rapid fulfillment process, there is a very limited window for making changes or cancellations once an order is placed.
1. The “Best-Effort” Window
Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for quality inspection and packaging.
- Cancellations and changes are NOT guaranteed. We handle all requests on a best-effort basis.
- Once an order status is marked as “Processing” or “Shipped” (assigned a tracking number), no further modifications can be made.
2. How to Submit a Request
If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately at support@emilytian.com with the following subject lines:
- For cancellations: URGENT: Cancellation Request – [Order #]
- For changes: URGENT: Order Change Request – [Order #]
Please include your full name and the specific change (e.g., new address or size swap).
3. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: If caught in time, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- After Shipment: We cannot cancel orders in transit. You must wait for the package to arrive and follow our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Order Changes (Address & Size)
- Address: We can only update shipping details if the order has not been processed. We cannot reroute packages.
- Items: We can attempt to swap a size or color for your Pajamas, Jackets, or Dresses if the item is in stock and not yet packed.
- Adding Items: We cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for additional pieces.
5. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information is correct before clicking “Place Order.” Emilytian is not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses.
- Incorrect sizes or colors selected.
