3. Response & Counter-Notification

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove the allegedly infringing material and notify the content provider. If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a Counter-Notice including your contact info and a statement of good faith belief regarding the error.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Emilytian reserves the right to terminate access privileges or accounts of users or vendors who are deemed to be repeat infringers at our sole discretion.

5. Liability for Misrepresentation

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be held liable for damages, including attorney’s fees.
